(Recommend only if you have unlimited data)

Basically, disconnect from the school wifi (so it doesn't automatically reconnect), then connect to your personal hotspot. Go to 

chrome://extensions/?id=haldlgldplgnggkjaafhelgiaglafanh 

Flip the allow access to file URLs switch a few times then your chromebook will be unblcked infefinitely until you change wifi

Mass pool links are VERY unreliable and can get blocked fast. Creds to titanium network, (doesn't load games on GeForce now, you have to copy and paste the entire link into the search bar sometimes)
